EPIX Announces New Vice President of Claims, Sarah Scheib

Prior to joining EPIX in July 2018, Sarah worked in healthcare liability claims at ProAssurance Corporation and before that, Physician Insurance Company of Wisconsin for over 15 years in various claims roles including managing the claims staff as Director of Claims and as a Senior Claims Specialist in multiple jurisdictions across the country. Sarah earned her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Sarah is accustomed to a strong defense philosophy tailored to the unique circumstances of practicing medicine.

Are you Violating EMTALA?

EMTALA, the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act.
