Aggressive Claims Management

When a claim is made against one of our insured, EPIX staff responds immediately, first to alleviate some of the physician's stress that comes with a claim and second, to begin the process of managing the claim. The claim is reviewed by a knowledgeable claims professional in concert with the insured. A claims management plan is then designed. The insured is kept informed throughout the process.
